Offering state of the art facilities we cater for all ages and offer a broad range of programs and services such as group fitness, including Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Zumba, Les Mills, free weights and personal training. We provide a relaxed, social-able environment that encourages family and friends to train together in group training session, boot camps indoors and outdoors.

We believe Success & Motivation can be achieved by having experienced staff supporting and encouraging you with your training. This can be in weight loss , improvement of fitness levels , sports conditioning or rehabilitation. All of our staff have current registration with Fitness Australia and must attend regular in-house training which helps make them the best personal trainers and group trainers.

Many possess a tertiary degree in the field of health or applied science, making our team qualified above industry standards, offering a wealth of knowledge to members.

Equilibrium’s established reputation began in 1996 with our first club opening in North Melbourne. Being an instant success, it was not only the beginning of bigger things to come, but has developed into a modern, local gym with great facilities that truly represents what we are about.

Equilibrium Parkdale (then to be Mentone) and Rowville we established in 2000 and 2001 respectively, which have since both been sold in order to invest in the existing clubs (East Doncaster and North Melbourne) and are no longer part of the Equilibrium Health & Fitness group.

Equilibrium East Doncaster, opening in 2003 as the 4th club of the group, soon cemented itself as part of the East Doncaster community as a thriving gymnasium with fantastic facilities.

This spacious and comfortable gym has a genuine commitment to members needs and is proud of its association with various community groups.

Special Programs are run within our clubs that are tailored to differing levels of fitness and cater for any special requirements such as injury or pregnancy. Anyone can lead a healthy balanced lifestyle or get fit at Equilibrium.

Not only increasing their health, wellbeing and mobility, it gives the 55+ age group an opportunity to work out in a group with others in their demographic.

Community Involvement is important to Equilibrium providing support to schools, sporting groups, local charities & business and special needs groups.

Sharing knowledge and providing for and supporting health and fitness in the community is an integral part of Equilibrium’s values.

So come into Equilibrium Health Fitness at North Melbourne or East Doncaster and try the Gym with free weights and pin loaded machines, Life Fitness cardio Equipment including Treadmills, cross trainers and summits.
